Planning & organizing all kinds of key projects and collaborative innovation.
16.Expanding cooperation channels, and exploring the management methods of major project organization and the operation mechanism of collaborative innovation center.
Responsible for national and ministerial projects, such as  National 2011 Program, University and College Collaborative Innovation Plan of Jiangsu Province, National Science and Technology Major Project, National Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment Development Project ,IOT Development Project, National Marine Special public welfare industry research, National Information Security Project, Next Generation Internet Project.
Duties:
1.Responsible for information acquisition, planning, coordination and organization, application, implementation, management and coordination of National 2011 Project;
2.Responsible for information acquisition, planning, coordination and organization, application, implementation, management and coordination of University and College Collaborative Innovation Plan of Jiangsu Province;
3.Responsible for information acquisition, planning, coordination and organization, application, implementation, management and coordination of national and ministerial projects including National Science and Technology Major Project, National Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment Development Project ,IOT Development Project, National Marine Special public welfare industry research, National Information Security Project, Next Generation Internet Project;
4. Carry out routine management for major projects, including quarterly and annual reports and work summary;
5.Responsible for information acquisition, planning, coordination and organization, application, implementation, management and coordination of national and ministerial projects including Major Production Safety Accident Prevention and Control Project, Science and Technology for Cultural heritage Protection  Project, Western Transportation Project, National Cryptography Research Fund, Science and Technology Research and Development Project , Health Industry Special Project,etc.
6.Responsible for communication with superior department,science and research management departments in other universities and the communication within Southeast University.
7.Responsible for expert’s nomination and recommendation.
8.Responsible for reception of work related leaders and experts in Nanjing.
9.Responsible for major project evaluation work.
