Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, organization and coordination of governmental projects of China, various departments and provinces and achieving higher scientific research ability which supports the development of our society. These projects include key basic research project, major research plan, Project 863, support project of  Ministry of Science and Technology, Industrial support project, agricultural support project and social development project of JIangsu Department of Science and Technology, key technical research projects of Ministry of Education, science and technology demonstration project of Jiangsu Construction Department, industrialization of scientific research projects and excellent innovation team for science and technology of Jiangsu Education Department, environmental protection scientific research project of Jiangsu Environment Department and medical scientific research projects of JIangsu Health Department.
Duties:
1.Responsible for the management of key basic research(973Project),major research plan(),863 Project in high and new technology area and support planning projects.
2.Responsible for organization and declaration of talent project in MOST(Ministry of Science and Technology ), scientists studio and “Five Three Project”.
3.Responsible for collecting projets information for national medium and long-term plan, five-year plan, annal work arrangement and relevant policies and keep up with information for various special projects including Project 863 and support projects of Ministry of Science and Technology and condition of various thematic projects which mainly refer to Project 863.
4.Responsible for attendance of making national plan and writing guidance, nomination and recommend of relative experts.
5.Responsible for management of key scientific projects of Ministry of Education.
6.Responsible for providing suggestions in cultivating, planning new projects and formulating encouragement policies.
7.Responsible for communication between relevant staff and experts of projects including direct managers of upstream authorities, staff members from associated organizations and relevant experts.
8.Responsible for organization and inner preview of projects undertaken by Science and Research Institute. And responsible for follow-up and process management of projects especially for work in key points and communication between key people.
9.Responsible for reviewing undergraduate projects in the scientific research management system of the university.
10.Responsible for organization, coordination and arrangement of relative projects of the office and reception for relative leaders and experts when they stay in Nanjing.
11.Responsible for planning, organization, declaration, endeavor and management of projects such as support plan and social development made by Jiangsu Department of Science and Technology.
12.Responsible for recommend, organization, declaration and management of various projects made by Jiangsu Education Department.And assisting the Education Department with the declaration of key labs.
13.Responsible for information acquisition, declaration, endeavor to and management of projects made by other departments and bureaus of Jiangsu province and talent plan.
14.Responsible for declaration and management of various projects from bureaus of other provinces.
