Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, organization, declaration, competition and management of various national defense scientific research projects; planning, declaration and management of national defense scientific research base; registration, declaration and competition for national defense scientific achievements; confidentiality of national defense scientific research projects; management, operation and review of national defense scientific research qualifications.
Duties:
1. Responsible for communications with PAFD, General Staff, GLD,SASTIND,Military Bureau of Education Ministry,Military Industrial Group, national defense scientific research institutes and enterprises, release of project guidance, organization of internal projects interview, competence of projects, report of annual inspection and annual budget, organization of project acceptance.
2. Responsible for declaration and management of key laboratory of national defense, joint research center of Ministry of Education and national defense innovation team on scientific research.
3. Responsible for organization of condition ensuring projects and coordination between different departments.
4. Responsible for evaluation of national defense scientific research projects and registration of achievements and declaration of rewards of national defense.
5. Endeavoring to get funds for key laboratory of industry and national defense and national major projects.
6.  Responsible for contract view, contract signing,contract statistics and completion, statistics of duty free contract, part of procedure of funds including expenditure number of project, project online registration and filling in the registration form.
7.  Responsible for purchase of necessary for projects,sign and management of cooperation contrat.
8. Responsible for the verification of various of projects in the evaluation of professional titles.
9. Responsible for management, operation and review of national defense scientific research QS and qualification of production permit, qualification construction of the extend of national defense scientific research system, confidential work of national defense scientific research projects, encryption and decryption of national defense scientific research projects, daily secrecy inspection, management of security personnel, working place and conditions of national defense scientific research.
