Responsibilities:
Responsible for the university-industry cooperation with local governments and enterprises, management of various types of university-industry cooperation projects, construction of allopatric research institutes and institutions (Center) and technology transformation.
Duties:
1.Responsible for the management, organization and planning of national and provincial major industrialization (achievements transformation, university-industry cooperation) projects.
2.Responsible for the planning, coordination,declaration and operation of national and provincial achievements transformation platform(center).
3.Responsible for connection with governments and enterprises,negotiation on science and technology cooperation and work of reception liaison.
4.Responsible for recommendation and management of related experts who work on university -industry projects.
5.Responsible for declaration, construction, management and organization of local research institutes, professional institutes and joint research institutions for university- industry cooperation. And also responsible for the personnel management of allopatric scientific research institutions and other guidance and liaison work.
6.Responsible for organization of joint research and review, sign and conclusion of transverse technology projects and handling the contractual disputes between university and enterprises.
7. Responsible for collection, compilation, release promotion and demonstration of various scientific and technological achievements in the university. And also responsible for the planning, organization and arrangement of various meetings and exhibitions.
8.Responsible for declaration and management of various cooperation projects which issued by local governments at all levels and leaded by enterprises.
9.Responsible for release of technical needs from local governments and enterprises and release,declaration, evaluation and management of university-industry joint research institute projects.
10.Responsible for construction and management of technology transfer center and sun centers.
11. Responsible for the website and information of technology transfer center.
